The Council discussed various legislative items, including the donation and acceptance of a historic clock replica, the approval of a five-year fixed volume energy supply schedule, and a funding agreement with Providing Oberlin with Efficiency Responsibly, Inc. The Planning Commission conducted a joint review of the new draft zoning code with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
