The commission reviewed financial reports and approved the submission of operating, capital, and maintenance bills. Additionally, an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation was reviewed for a property near Massachusetts Avenue regarding the Hide Hill Clean Up Project, which the commission found to be accurate. The commission also discussed a property matter near Spencer Road and authorized the drafting of a formal letter to the property owners to address potential conservation concerns.
