The work includes the existing vocation program building serving the District's Career and Technical Education program, consisting of the renovation and modernization of this building so that it continues to serve the program alongside the new high school, with a scope anticipating selective demolition and abatement coordination, structural modifications, concrete foundations and slabs on grade, exterior envelope work including brick veneer and aluminum storefronts, roofing and roof-mounted mechanical equipment, interior fit-out of shops and labs, new mechanical and plumbing systems, new electrical distribution including an 800A service and panelboards, and associated site, utility, and earthwork.
