The agenda includes discussion of a resolution designating Harrison Avenue Redevelopment, LLC as a conditional redeveloper and authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding and Escrow Agreement. Also covered are changes of signatory for grant agreements with Bergen County, a shared services agreement with Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority for pump station inspection services, and the release of a dumpster escrow.
