The meeting, which was a recessed portion of the December 16, 2025 Regular Meeting, addressed several administrative and personnel matters under the Consent Agenda. The meeting included approval of the minutes from October 22, 2025. An extension request for 63 E. Prospect Street was reviewed, where Mr. Rogoff requested a one-year extension due to increased construction costs. The Board approved the one-year extension to January 22, 2027.

The agenda includes discussion of a resolution designating Harrison Avenue Redevelopment, LLC as a conditional redeveloper and authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding and Escrow Agreement. Also covered are changes of signatory for grant agreements with Bergen County, a shared services agreement with Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority for pump station inspection services, and the release of a dumpster escrow. The council will also discuss the renewal of the group dental benefits program, a water overpayment refund, budget appropriation transfers, and payment of vouchers.
