The meeting included approval of the minutes from October 22, 2025. An extension request for 63 E. Prospect Street was reviewed, where Mr. Rogoff requested a one-year extension due to increased construction costs. The Board approved the one-year extension to January 22, 2027.
The agenda includes discussion of a resolution designating Harrison Avenue Redevelopment, LLC as a conditional redeveloper and authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding and Escrow Agreement. Also covered are changes of signatory for grant agreements with Bergen County, a shared services agreement with Northwest Bergen County Utilities Authority for pump station inspection services, and the release of a dumpster escrow.
