The work generally consists of removing an existing approx. 18" diameter culvert, approx. 65 LF in length, 17’ deep on the outlet, 7’deep on the inlet, and installing a new 48-inch diameter culvert supplied by the Town of Barre. The culvert crosses beneath East Cobble Hill Road and is located southeast of 153 East Cobble Hill Road.
