DQ 27-004 Cooling Tower Replacement
Pikes Peak State College is seeking a contractor to replace two deteriorated cooling tower cells and their associated concrete support pads at the Center for Healthcare Education & Simulation in Colorado Springs. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing cells, installation of new gravity-flow return controlled cooling tower cells and support pads, piping and electrical reconnections, insulation, permitting, inspections, startup verification, and site cleanup. The anticipated performance period begins December 7, 2026, and ends January 8, 2027, with a minimum one-year warranty required.
