Wastewater Treatment Plant Masterplan Upgrades

Description: The City of Lakeland’s Water Utilities Engineering department seeks a progressive design-build firm to upgrade the Glendale and Northside Wastewater Reclamation Facilities. The work includes a solar drying facility or equivalent for Class AA biosolids, replacement of the Glendale intermediate pump station, upgrades to the Northside sludge holding tank, and assessment of opportunities to increase plant capacity. The selected firm will also upgrade SCADA cybersecurity to integrate the collection system and the wastewater treatment plants.
