The board addressed ongoing compliance issues at the property located at 815 North Massachusetts Avenue, specifically regarding violations of a settlement agreement. Discussions centered on the failure to hire a security guard, continued presence of prohibited items such as drug paraphernalia, and unaddressed loitering and illegal activities occurring on the premises. The board reviewed surveillance evidence and testimonies from police officers regarding these violations. As a result of the non-compliance, the board moved to impose a daily fine until the property owner meets the established requirements. Additionally, the board recognized the final meeting of a departing member and discussed a new resolution regarding board term limits.
