East and West Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades RFP

Description: The project consists of upgrades to the Village of Huntley's East and West Wastewater Treatment Plants. The East work includes electrical distribution improvements, mechanical and plumbing upgrades to Control Building 1, Demolition to Final Clarifier 1, Aerobic Digester Piping improvements, Oxidation Ditch mechanical equipment replacement and removal and replacement of the air compressor. The West WWTP includes UV system upgrades, Removal and Replacement of Sludge Pump, Non-potable water upgrades, removal and replacement of dissolved oxygen probes for Oxidation Ditch No 3, Diffuser Grid Equipment upgrades for the Aerobic Digesters, complete with tank cleaning and the removal and replacement of the air compressor as shown in the plans.
