Wastewater Treatment Plant Polymer IFB
The City of Bismarck is soliciting cost proposals for dewatering polymer used with solid waste processing equipment at its Wastewater Treatment Facility. Proposed polymers must meet or exceed Solenis K274FLX performance and demonstrate equal or lower cost per dry ton of biosolids, with supporting trial, safety, technical, delivery, training, and support documentation required. Submissions are due November 3, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST, with public opening scheduled for 4:00 p.m. CST the same day.
