Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements RFP

Description: Division 1 base bid: encompass work within the wastewater treatment plant including replacement of process equipment (splitter box, blowers, air piping, diffusors, clarifier equipment and digester air system) a new generator, electrical upgrades, installation of gravity sewer piping, and construction of a new building to house the blowers and electrical components. Alternate 1: includes all labor, material, equipment, and appurtenances to provide and install mechanical screen location and appurtenances in the headworks building as shown on the plans and as stated in the specifications. Includes all concrete work associated with channel relocation, electrical improvements and mechanical screen location. Alternate 2: includes all associated labor, material, equipment, and appurtenances to provide and install all blowers, diffusers, and accessories for the project as shown on the plans and as stated in the specifications. Division 2 base bid: includes construction of the new administration building, new water supply well, grinder pump station and electrical installation. Alternate 1: includes removal and replacement of concrete floors and drive approach to an existing storage building.
