Wastewater Treatment Plant Decommissioning - Additional Scope (Request for Proposal)

Description: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits (except as noted), and supervision necessary to construct multiple improvements at Former Wastewater Treatment Plant, complete and ready for use, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work includes parking lot paving and striping, Adjust existing drop inlet tops. Furnish and install ADA signage. Install concrete wheel stops, security gate, concrete bollards. Mill existing roadway. Drainage structure relocations or culvert extension. Walking trail paving, athletic field lighting, fencing. Furnish and install a precast concrete restroom building. Furnish and install prefabricated open-air shelter.
