AvailablePump station replacement project: General Construction 2026-01- Demolition of the existing Pine Hollow Pump Station, including all associated structures, and construction of a new triplex submersible pump station with associated piping, valves, electrical equipment, controls, and site improvements to provide a complete and fully functional pump station capable of conveying the specified design capacity. The work shall be performed in a phased manner to maintain continuous operation of the existing station and shall include all startup, testing, and commissioning required for full operational readiness. General contractor will be responsible for furnishing select electrical items including, but not limited to, programable logical controller (PLC), grinder control panel, motorized slide gate equipment, and instrumentation as defined in Divisions 40 and 46. All demolition will be part of the General Construction Contract. 2026-02 Electrical Construction: Furnish and install all electrical systems, equipment, and appurtenances required for the complete and fully functional operation of the Pine Hollow Pump Station, including new generator, automatic transfer switch (ATS), disconnects, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, control wiring, and associated conduit, cable trays, and raceways. Work shall include integration with mechanical systems, coordination with existing electrical infrastructure, coordinating temporary and permanent power with the utility provider, and all required testing, startup, and commissioning to ensure reliable operation of all electrical and control systems. Electrical work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and the project phasing requirements to maintain continuous operation of the existing pump station until the new station is fully operational. Electrical Contractor will be responsible for coordinating internet service with current internet provider and providing necessary internet services to the proposed facilities. 2026-03 Mechanical Construction - Furnish and install all mechanical systems, equipment, and appurtenances required for the complete and fully functional operation of the Pine Hollow Pump Station, including a ductless split HVAC system, intake louver, and exhaust fan with associated ductwork, dampers, supports, and accessories. Work shall include coordination of mechanical installations with electrical, structural, and architectural trades, and shall provide for equipment access, maintenance clearances, and safe operation. All systems shall be installed, tested, balanced, and commissioned to ensure reliable performance under all anticipated operating conditions. Mechanical work shall comply with applicable codes and standards, manufacturer's recommendations, and the project phasing requirements to maintain continuous operation of the existing pump station until the new facility is fully operational.
