Slana - First Service to 3 Homes & Dry Well Investigation (Request for Proposals)

Description: Design first service to 3 homes and dry well investigation. This work shall include design of Design Element 1: Three (3) domestic water wells - Siting recommendations based on hydrogeologic conditions, Well depth, diameter, casing, and pump specifications, Compliance with state regulations, Coordination with applicable permitting agencies. Design Element 2: Three (3) septic systems - Site evaluations and soil percolation testing, Septic tank and leach field layout and sizing, Compliance with Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). Design Element 3: Three (3) existing wells that have gone dry: Review of as-built records and installation data, Evaluation of hydrogeologic factors contributing to failure, Recommendations for rehabilitation, replacement, or abandonment.
