Comprehensive Site Investigation Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking qualified environmental and engineering firms to conduct a comprehensive site investigation of an approx 7,500 SF urban parcel. It formerly contained residential housing, was most recently a parking lot and is now vacant. The reason for the investigation is that the site has uneven conditions believed to be related to historic demolition, fill, grading, and settlement. The purpose of this investigation is to identify environmental liabilities, assess soil and foundation conditions, and evaluate infrastructure capacity to determine viable future building options.
