Provide two new generators for the fire department. Each installation shall include, at a minimum: Removal of the existing generator system. Removal of the existing automatic transfer switch (ATS), where required. Installation of a new liquid-cooled standby generator. Installation of a new Service Entrance Rated Automatic Transfer Switch. Installation of all required raceways, wiring, conduit, control wiring, disconnects, and associated electrical equipment. Gas piping and associated materials required for operation. Generator startup and commissioning. Operational testing under load. Manufacturer activation.

Winter 2027 affordable housing competition for rental projects. The need to provide more affordable rental housing in Massachusetts is one of the state's most significant challenges. Production of new units in recent years has been impacted by high development costs, high interest rates, supply chain disruptions, zoning issues, changes to federal programs, and other factors. The need for additional affordable units heavily impacts lower-wage earners, homeless families and individuals, and frail seniors, as well as many other Massachusetts households.
