Sanitary Sewer Sag Repair Project RFP

Description: The Village is seeking Statements of Interest from qualified underground utility contractors to remove and replace approximately 300 feet of 24-inch sanitary sewer installed over compressible peat soils. The work may involve deep foundation supports or engineered shoring, bypass pumping, restoration, and traffic control along Busse Road, near high-pressure gas mains and overhead electric lines. Firms submit a PDF of up to four pages describing their qualifications and capabilities; shortlisted firms will be invited to interview and provide pricing for consideration in the final selection.
