Description: The County of Santa Barbara is seeking statements of qualifications from a qualified design-build entity to provide progressive design-build services for the North County Crisis Residential Treatment Facilities Project. The project includes designing and constructing two independent 16-bed crisis residential treatment facilities with residential, treatment, support, dining, restroom, and outdoor recreation spaces. The selected entity will handle design, permitting, preconstruction, construction, and closeout, while meeting a target budget of $19,000,000, the County’s Zero Net Energy Policy, and experience requirements for behavioral-health facilities and progressive design-build delivery.
