Description: Douglas County Government’s Department of Community Development seeks qualified contractors to rehabilitate the saloon, barn, and bunkhouse at Prairie Canyon Ranch in Franktown. The work includes foundation stabilization and roof rehabilitation for the saloon, siding rehabilitation and door restoration for the barn, and foundation stabilization and exterior rehabilitation for the bunkhouse. Purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the saloon, barn, and bunkhouse. Saloon Rehabilitation: Create positive drainage; Reconstruct retaining walls at north elevation; Create a dryzone and remove vegetation; Barn Rehabilitation: Remove existing vertical board siding and battens; Reinstall siding and battens where possible; paint building per the previously completed paint analysis; Bunkhouse Stabilization: Demolish existing concrete foundation; Construct new concrete foundation to match the historic board formed foundation; Install new fascia to match historic and paint.

Collection System Manhole Rehabilitation Project Fy 2026-2027 RFP
Collection system manhole rehabilitation project. Scope of work includes - 1 LS Manhole 03-0034 5' Diameter manhole 5' x 12' manhole with existing T-lock; 1 LS Remove T-lock, hydroblast inside of manhole, repair any deteriorated substrate with high-strength, non-shrink repair mortar, remove existing PVC liner ensuring the embedded Ts of the liner are completely removed from the substrate, apply a 1-3 Mil epoxy primer to all concrete to be lined, topcoat with 125 Mils thickness polyurethane liner (lining will extend from directly beneath the manhole frame to the spring line in the channel), and spark test at 15,000 volts. No traffic control. See outside link.
