Prairie Canyon Ranch Rehabilitation Project (Request For Proposal)

Description: Purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the saloon, barn, and bunkhouse. Saloon Rehabilitation: Create positive drainage; Reconstruct retaining walls at north elevation; Create a dryzone and remove vegetation; Barn Rehabilitation: Remove existing vertical board siding and battens; Reinstall siding and battens where possible; paint building per the previously completed paint analysis; Bunkhouse Stabilization: Demolish existing concrete foundation; Construct new concrete foundation to match the historic board formed foundation; Install new fascia to match historic and paint.
