COLLECTION SYSTEM MANHOLE REHABILITATION PROJECT FY 2026-2027

Description: The Work for this project will consist of the rehabilitation of seven (7) existing sewer manholes, to include removal of T-locks, hydroblasting inside of manholes, repair of any deteriorated substrate, removal of existing PVC liners, application of epoxy lining, spark testing, and all incidental work necessary for the rehabilitation of the sewer system in accordance with the Contract Documents.  The license classification required for this project is Class A General Engineering and/or Class C33 Painting and Decorating. The District will conduct a Mandatory Pre‑Bid Conference at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the 4S Ranch Water Reclamation Facility, located at 16595 Dove Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92127. Following a project briefing, interested parties must reconvene at each site.  Directions will be given at the pre-bid meeting.  This is a mandatory meeting.  Please expect 3 hours total for all site visits. No other meetings to view the sites will be held during the bidding period. To assist with site access and attendance planning, all individuals wishing to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference must RSVP by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, by emailing prebid@olivenhain.com.
