Description: The City of South Pasadena is soliciting proposals and statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide construction management and construction inspection services for the federally funded North-South Fair Oaks Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Project (Caltrans Project RABA01 5071 (024), City Project 2002 (2020-02)). The requested services generally include inspection, contract administration, and other services as outlined in the attached scope of work. The selected firm will serve as the City's single point of responsibility for construction management, full-time construction inspection, and materials testing coordination from preconstruction through project closeout.
