Construction Management Services (Request For Proposal)

Description: Construction management services. Specific requested information prepare daily construction reports when on site maintain files of project documentation (RFI's, correspondence, meeting minutes, change orders, shop drawings and submittals) for easy reference and to document the history of the project, including digital photos. Attendance and participation at construction job meetings. Facilitate communication between college personnel and project participants. Serve as professional construction representative.
