Construction Management Services - Downstate New York - Term Contract

Description: The New York State Office of General Services is soliciting construction-management services under project SG487 as a three-year Downstate New York term contract, with two additional one-year optional renewals. The construction manager will advise OGS D&C during design and work with OGS D&C during construction, including design/constructability review, field checks, cost projections and review, value engineering, bid-package review, CPM scheduling, claims analysis, safety inspections, and administrative duties. The contract covers staffing-based and task-based assignments ranging from small single-trade to large multi-trade projects in design, bidding, or construction, including preconstruction and construction-phase services.
