Request for Proposals (RFP) - Citywide Tree and Center Median Maintenance Program

Description: The City of Lynwood is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for comprehensive citywide tree maintenance, center-median maintenance, emergency and as-needed tree services, and related online inventory and reporting. The City may optionally include alley cleanup, weed abatement, and preventive spraying, but those optional services will be part of the same agreement and not awarded separately. The selected consultant will be the City's primary provider and coordinate with Public Works; the posting lists a December 1, 2026 start and a two-to-six-year project duration.
