Description: The City of Lynwood, California is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a complete, secure, web-based citation and parking permit management solution for processing parking and administrative citations, online parking permit management, and optional Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) services. The selected contractor will deliver a fully supported system accessible to authorized City staff via secure accounts, with an electronic response format and a lump-sum award. The Public Works Department is managing this RFP on behalf of the City.
