Parking Management Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive parking management, operations, maintenance, customer service, security coordination, and revenue control services for City owned parking facilities and on-street parking operations. The selected contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of parking garages, surface lots, metered parking systems, event parking operations, and associated technologies, including the City’s Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS).
