Description: Companies to collaboratively operate and administer the Parking System consisting of seven (7) garages and six (6) surface lots, by providing effective financial control, highly disciplined and efficient Facilities management and maintenance, advanced security solutions, world-class customer service, high-value parking management services, forward thinking ideas, and a team-focused proactive approach. The Commission has a portfolio of complex and unique operations agreements that vary from Facility to Facility. Companies must be able to exhibit their understanding of governmental parking systems and the intricacies of the partnerships established to make for a mutually beneficial operation.
