Sevier School District is soliciting a comprehensive, research-based kindergarten-through-grade 5 English Language Arts core curriculum aligned with Utah standards and evidence-based literacy practices. The curriculum must address foundational reading, phonemic awareness, systematic phonics, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and morphology for implementation beginning in the 2027-2028 school year. The contract is planned for five years through the 2031-2032 school year, and proposals are due October 1, 2026.
