Repair to Interior/Exterior, Unheated Storage Building RFP

Description: The project includes all labor and materials required to remove and dispose of interior walls, doors, windows, ceiling, lighting, electrical, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. Cap all removed utilities flush with finished floor. Remove and replace exterior sheet metal. Add new LED lighting, ventilation and unit heaters as required. Add new wire caging for unit equipment storage.
