Removal and Installation of New Chiller Unit at Public Safety Building

Description: Removal and installation of new chiller unit at public safety building. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall secure all necessary permits. Provide all labor and materials required to replace the existing Chiller with the new unit. Remove and properly dispose of the existing Chiller. The new Chiller shall be supplied by the City. New Chiller should be a like-for-like replacement should fit the existing curb. Contractor is responsible for the electrical disconnection of the existing unit and the electrical connection of the new unit.
