The project consists of demolition and fit-out renovation of Building E and Maintenance Garage, as well as new construction of a Maintenance Office. Work generally includes demolition of all non-load bearing walls, removal of building systems, patching of concrete due to partition removal, new partitions, finishes, roof, civil, plumbing, mechanical, fire partitions, electrical, and replacement of an existing elevator car with new finishes, as indicated in the Contract Documents.
