Mill Valley Pool Facility Resurfacing and Upgrades and Painting

Description: Scope of work includes exterior building painting, swimming pool and spa replastering and tile replacement, swimming pool pump and strainer replacement, vfd installation, swimming pool and spa filter sand replacement, minor electrical upgrades to chlorine feeders, partial deck replacement, and accessible lift installation. Pool house scope also includes rust repair and preparation for ceiling repair and painting, replacement of all fire sprinkler heads throughout the facility through a deferred submittal process by the fire sprinkler contractor, and repair/replacement of slide stair treads utilizing treadmaster anti-slip swimming pool stair tread surfacing products or approved equal.
