Description: SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking qualified vendors to perform a complete physical inventory of movable and fixed capital assets across its campus and satellite locations. The work includes barcode and optical scanning, reconciliation and updates to the Real Asset Management (RAM) system, weekly progress reports, valuation and photographs for certain newly found assets, and final reporting. Physical Security Update RFP
In general, the work consists of: demolition and removal of existing physical barrier system, and construction of a dual vertical drop arm crash beams. The beams are operated electronically with a primary control panel located inside Headquarters and a secondary control panel located inside the existing guard booth. The project also includes the installation of a new street lighting circuit, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete pavement, and asphalt pavement. See attached files and outside link.
