Parks Levy Public Education and Communications (Request for Proposal)

Description: Strategic funding measure planning – assist staff in development of an overall strategy and roadmap to support a potential regional parks funding measure, including stakeholder coordination, milestone planning and decision-making support. Public education and communication strategy – develop communication materials and messaging strategies to clearly communicate park system needs, funding gaps, community benefits and investment priorities. Focus group and research integration – review and analyze voter research, polling and focus group findings and translate findings into communication and engagement recommendations. Stakeholder development and engagement – assist with engaging community organizations, government partners, advocates and stakeholders to support regional awareness and education efforts. Communication materials development – support staff in preparing presentations, talking points, fact sheets, faqs digital content and related outreach materials. Clark county will develop a branding package for this work with various templates to be used by this consultant. Clark county will disseminate, print, and otherwise finalize communication materials through their public works public information office.
