Description: The City of Santa Clarita is seeking proposals for on-call emergency and storm response services affecting City-maintained trees, landscape maintenance district zones, streetscapes, public rights-of-way, and other urban forestry assets. Potential work includes emergency tree and limb removal, tree stabilization, storm-debris and drainage work, irrigation repair, excavation and grading, slope stabilization, erosion protection, traffic and pedestrian control, hauling, disposal, and restoration. Provide on-call public works maintenance and urgent/emergency response services for the city and estero municipal improvement district. The city/district will select qualified contractors to create a list of contractors for on-call public works maintenance and urgent/emergency response services. When required by the city/district, the services will include furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment required for completion of facility or infrastructure repairs, including but not limited to city/district water, wastewater, buildings, streets and/or stormwater systems, and other facilities on an on-call basis as outlined in specific task orders.

Program Management and Project Planning. The Contractor must appoint a Program Manager (PM) as the primary point of contact and Key Personnel for the CO and COR. The PM must: Possess the resources and authority to ensure efficient, timely program execution. Serve as the central focal point for all required tasks. Be available 24/7/365, along with one (1) designated alternate during absences. Keep the CO and COR informed of performance issues, financial concerns, or risks to schedule and mission success.
