Emergency Response Wraparound Services RFP

Description: Program Management and Project Planning. The Contractor must appoint a Program Manager (PM) as the primary point of contact and Key Personnel for the CO and COR. The PM must: Possess the resources and authority to ensure efficient, timely program execution. Serve as the central focal point for all required tasks. Be available 24/7/365, along with one (1) designated alternate during absences. Keep the CO and COR informed of performance issues, financial concerns, or risks to schedule and mission success. Implement timely mitigation measures for adverse impacts. See attached file.
