Description: The City of Fresno, Department of Public Utilities, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consulting firms to serve as the Owner’s Advisor for the 1,2,3-Trichloropropane Water Treatment Project using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. The Owner’s Advisor will guide the Department through the Progressive Design-Build process and provide technical and managerial expertise through achievement of full operation. The City states that the project’s size, complexity, and duration support use of Progressive Design-Build, with the Owner’s Advisor expected to help procure the most qualified Design-Build Entity for the complex water infrastructure project.
