AvailableProject includes the following Work: Construction, test pumping, and sampling of an 18-inch diameter potable municipal sandstone well. Construction of 70-foot x 52-foot water treatment building with cast-in-place concrete foundation and floors, masonry walls, concrete plank ceiling and membrane roof; buried cast-in-place concrete detention tank; FRP and hollow metal doors and frames; louvers; plumbing; heating; ventilation; painting; interior and exterior lighting; electrical; process instrumentation and control; supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system improvements; standby generator and automatic transfer switch; vertical turbine well pump, vertical turbine high lift pumps; process mechanical piping, valves, flowmeters, and appurtenances. Site work including 14-inch diameter water main and valves; 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer piping and associated manholes; two (2) 12,000-gallon nominal capacity buried precast concrete backwash detention tanks; site grading; concrete stoops and sidewalk; aggregate base course and asphalt pavement for driveway and parking areas; removal and reinstallation of existing chain link fence; erosion control; street restoration; and site restoration. All work shall be awarded under a single contract. Treatment equipment will be bid out in a separate bid package (Phase 2) after well construction has been completed. The anticipated substantial completion date is August 2027, and final completion date is May 2028.
