MAA-MC-27-009 Interior Plantscape Maintenance at BWI Thurgood Marshall & MTN Airports

Description: The Maryland Aviation Administration is soliciting bids for interior plantscape maintenance at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall and Martin State Airports. The contractor will provide supervision, labor, equipment, materials, plant replacements, routine care, seasonal rotations, cleaning, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest or disease treatment for live and artificial plants. The contract is subject to Maryland’s Small Business Reserve requirements, has a five-year base term with a possible two-year renewal, and requires bidders to have at least five consecutive years of relevant experience.
