Legion Memorial Golf Course Irrigation Replacement Project (Request For Qualifications)

Description: The scope of work includes the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new fully automated irrigation system serving all greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscape areas. The project will incorporate modern central irrigation controls, high-efficiency sprinkler heads, new main line and lateral piping, isolation valves, quick couplers, weather-based scheduling, and flow management technologies to optimize water usage. The complete project will provide reliable, energy-efficiency, and water-conserving irrigation system that supports healthy turf conditions, reduces maintenance cost, and preserves the character of the historic golf course while meeting current environmental standards. Also, the study of use of water retainage lagoons and wells will be part of the project scope the golf course irrigation system project design will comprise of three parts: mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The mechanical part will require- pumps, valves, control lines, sprinkler heads, fertigation injectors. The electrical part will comprise of control panels/central controller, relays and solenoid valves, sensors wiring and conduct. The plumbing will comprise of all piping, main supply lines.
