Description: Work includes golf course pump station & irrigation replacement. Base bid #1 - pump station building and site work: the work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the installation of the new masonry pump station building, skid package, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, wet well, water intake pipe and site restoration, and all incidental construction; alternate a - pump station enclosure and site work: work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the installation of a new pump station skid package with a weather tight enclosure on the building foundation and concrete slab, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, wet well, water intake pipe and site restoration, and all incidental construction.
