The phase ii esa investigation includes the contractor tasks listed below. The contractor shall conduct all work in accordance with federal, state and local requirements. Where inconsistencies exist, the contractor shall follow the most stringent requirements. Sample Containers, Handling, and Delivery: The Contractor shall provide the appropriate sample containers, disposable volatiles samplers, preservatives, pre-printed labels, and analyte-free water required for the analyses listed below. These are to be delivered by the Contractor to the project site location. Sample collection andhandling will be performed by Volpe personnel. The laboratory shall provide a daily local courier to transport the samples from the Site to the laboratory over an anticipated three days of sampling. See attached file.

Town of Nutter Fort - Nutter Fort AMD Stormwater Phase II
Dewatering of mine via horizonal bore and curtain drains. Bores are 12" fused HDPE pipe and may total 2,900' if all proposed bores are deemed necessary. Curtain drains are approx. 1,250 LF of 12" PVC. Installation of a stormwater conveyance system that includes new installation and removal and replacement of existing stormwater system features. Stormwater system includes approx. 6,400 LF of 12" - 72" pipe, lining of 2 existing culverts, concrete inlets, manholes, and wingwalls, tie-ins, utility relocations of water and sewer lines, arbutus park drive slope stabilization, trench repairs, and surface restorations.

Science Laboratory Building Renovation – Phase II
Finish upgrades in first floor corridors including new ceilings and lighting. Interior painting in High Bay and Labs. Demolition of existing first floor restrooms and build-out of newly reconfigured restrooms. New access controls on four doors. Removal of three concrete exterior stairs and railings and one new exterior stair, railings, sidewalk and curb ramp. The existing switchgear is to be removed and replaced new. New service entrance rated circuit breakers are to be installed and low voltage distribution equipment is to be located in same location as the existing. New medium voltage transformers to be relocated outside of the building. New medium voltage cabling (from existing switch) and manholes to be installed to accommodate new transformers. Scope also includes associated sitework.
