Science Laboratory Building Renovation – Phase II

Description: Finish upgrades in first floor corridors including new ceilings and lighting. Interior painting in High Bay and Labs. Demolition of existing first floor restrooms and build-out of newly reconfigured restrooms. New access controls on four doors. Removal of three concrete exterior stairs and railings and one new exterior stair, railings, sidewalk and curb ramp. The existing switchgear is to be removed and replaced new. New service entrance rated circuit breakers are to be installed and low voltage distribution equipment is to be located in same location as the existing. New medium voltage transformers to be relocated outside of the building. New medium voltage cabling (from existing switch) and manholes to be installed to accommodate new transformers. Scope also includes associated sitework.
