Laboratory Analysis - Phase II Environmental Site Assessment - Fort DuPont, Delaware City, DE *SOLE SOURCE* RFP

Description: The phase ii esa investigation includes the contractor tasks listed below. The contractor shall conduct all work in accordance with federal, state and local requirements. Where inconsistencies exist, the contractor shall follow the most stringent requirements. Sample Containers, Handling, and Delivery: The Contractor shall provide the appropriate sample containers, disposable volatiles samplers, preservatives, pre-printed labels, and analyte-free water required for the analyses listed below. These are to be delivered by the Contractor to the project site location. Sample collection andhandling will be performed by Volpe personnel. The laboratory shall provide a daily local courier to transport the samples from the Site to the laboratory over an anticipated three days of sampling. See attached file.
