JFRD Medical Transport Services for Emergency Shelters RFP

Description: The City of Jacksonville's Fire and Rescue Department is seeking bids for non-emergency medical transportation services for medically dependent evacuees and caregivers during emergency shelter activations. Services include wheelchair and stretcher transportation between hospitals, long-term care facilities, residences, and emergency shelters, with BLS and/or ALS capability as needed. The contract provides for an initial one-year term with four optional one-year renewals, and bidders must be Florida-licensed, bonded, insured, and hold a valid COPCN.
