Improvements to the North Training Room at Washoe County School District Edison Building RFP

Description: Work includes remove asbestos tile, raised access flooring and associated mechanical ducting, the uninterrupted power supply and related wiring, liebert cooling system equipment, the abandoned exterior condensing unit, and all other abandoned equipment and associated components required to facilitate the proposed improvements. Renovations shall include installation of new carpet over the existing concrete floor, new cove base, cleaning and repainting of wallmounted heaters, repainting wall surfaces, and installation of new drop ceiling to accommodate the reconfigured hvac supply and return system.
