Description: Restoration and improvements to the Reclaimed Water Distribution Facility computer lab and storage building (2 separate buildings). Work includes new charcoal asphalt shingle roofing (25 years minimum), new vinyl siding, new PVC fascia and soffit, and new aluminum gutters with leaf guards. Stated scope must be completed within 90 days from the date of execution.
